By accessing marginshift.tech, you agree to these terms. This site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate inquiries about Margin Shift's services.
Margin Shift provides AI planning, workflow assessment, and advisory services. All engagements are governed by separate engagement agreements. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding service agreement.
Margin Shift is a Tennessee-based sole proprietorship operated by Charles Phillip Blackburn. Business inquiries may be sent to hello@marginshift.tech. The official Margin Shift LinkedIn Page is linkedin.com/company/margin-shift.
These additional terms apply when you connect a LinkedIn account, LinkedIn Page, advertising account, event, or other LinkedIn resource to a Margin Shift application. By authorizing a connection, you direct Margin Shift to access and use the approved LinkedIn data only for the feature and purpose presented in the authorization flow and described in our Privacy Policy.
You may connect only an account or resource that you own, administer, or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining accurate administrator permissions and for disconnecting access when that authority ends. Margin Shift may suspend an integration when authorization is withdrawn, permissions are insufficient, or continued operation would create a security, legal, contractual, or platform-compliance risk.
You may not use a Margin Shift LinkedIn-connected feature to scrape members, circumvent LinkedIn controls, access data without authorization, create deceptive identities, send automated or mass messages, enrich unrelated prospect profiles, build unauthorized audiences, or otherwise violate LinkedIn's terms or applicable law. Product availability, data fields, rate limits, and functionality may change when LinkedIn changes or withdraws an API or permission.
You may revoke LinkedIn access through LinkedIn or the applicable application controls. To request deletion of data retained by Margin Shift, use our Data Deletion Request process. Limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or documented client recordkeeping obligations.
When a LinkedIn-connected feature is provided as part of a client engagement, the engagement agreement or related written authorization will identify the accounts or resources accessed, the approved purpose, the responsible administrators, and any applicable retention or deletion requirements. The engagement agreement controls if it imposes stricter obligations than these website terms.
Margin Shift is an independent service provider. LinkedIn does not sponsor, endorse, or guarantee Margin Shift or its services. LinkedIn names, marks, and platform features remain subject to LinkedIn's own terms and policies.
