The plan. Engagement one of two.

The Leverage Audit. Where the plan comes from.

A roughly two-week independent diagnostic. We find where expert value is buried under administrative work, rank the highest-value automation and integration opportunities, and design the target-state architecture you build from.

The audit is its own engagement. The Integration Build is separate, and you decide on it later.

Four deliverables you keep
Evidence map, opportunity matrix, integration blueprint, and next-steps memo. You own them.
Plan in hand in about two weeks
Timeline confirmed in your statement of work before anything starts.
A separate engagement
The audit is scoped and contracted on its own. Running it never commits you to the build.
Use it your way
Build it with your own team, hand it to another partner, or bring us in for the Integration Build.

What you receive

Four standalone documents you own. They map where expert value is buried and design the path to interoperability.

Workflow Evidence Map

Workflow Evidence Map

Opportunity Matrix

Integration Blueprint

Integration Blueprint

The target-state systems architecture and the phased path to interoperability, with dependencies and success indicators. Specific enough to build from, whether we build it or your team does.

Next-Steps Memo

Next-Steps Memo

A decision memo with paths forward, trade-offs for each option, and a clear recommended next action. You choose the path.

Common questions

What exactly are we buying?

Four deliverables packaged into an independent planning document: Workflow Evidence Map, Opportunity Matrix, Integration Blueprint, and Next-Steps Memo. The package is fully portable. You own it and can use it however you choose: build internally, hand it to another team, or bring us in for the Integration Build.

Can we use the audit without hiring you for the build?

Yes. That is the entire point. The audit and the build are separate engagements. The deliverables are portable, so you can build with another vendor, your internal team, or us. No lock-in, no dependency.

How long does it usually take?

From kickoff to plan delivery, the engagement typically takes about two weeks. The exact timeline depends on scope and your team's availability. We confirm the schedule in the statement of work before anything starts.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, as standard practice. We detail data-handling requirements in the SOW before any work begins.
